Easy Caprese Avocado Stacks: Recipe

To make this, you’ll need a plate, a spoon, and a sharp knife, along with the ingredients listed below.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole, ripe avocado
- 1 medium-sized tomato, sliced
- 3 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic dressing (we used Newman’s Own)
Using a spoon, hollow out the avocado and cut it into slices. Then place a slice of tomato on a plate, topped with mozzarella, then avocado. Repeat the layer until the stack is as high as you’d like it, then sprinkle with the dressing.
Serves one as a meal or two as an appetizer. You can also use it for a salad — it pairs perfectly with a slice of reheated pizza!
